This agreement applies to your appearance on “The Series A Hour with Match Capital” as well as any event hosted by a third party, at which the live stream is to be hosted by Intelligent Crowd TV.

You may choose between:

A Fixed Fee of £4,000 (+ VAT); or
A Success Fee of 4% of funds successfully raised (whether initial or follow-on, equity or debt), from member(s) of our audience (whether attending in person, live online, or on demand), whether acting individually, for a company, or as part of a syndicate or network.

By ticking the box below, you agree:

To either remit the Fixed Fee in full prior to appearance on the program or third part event, or to pay 4% of funds raised as a result of appearing on the program, at the event, in the live stream, or on-demand ("Success Fee")

To create a profile of your business at www.matchcapital.net prior to your appearance on the program.

To keep your username and password confidential.

To inform Intelligent Crowd TV Ltd if/when you receive an investment as a result of engaging with an investor further to your appearance on our program, or presentation at an event that we live stream.

Intelligent Crowd TV Ltd agrees:

✔ To review your company for suitability to appear, and to agree a suitable appearance date with you.

✔ Following payment in full or your agreement to pay the Success Fee, to work with you to define the most appropriate live audience for your pitch on "The Series A Hour with Match Capital"

✔ Based on the profile you have created, to use reasonable efforts prior to your live appearance to encourage participation of an appropriately targeted live audience.

✔ To provide you with a link to the presentation hosted at our site.

✔ To host the presentation at our site for a period of three months.
